Guided Mindfulness Meditation Sessions This is generally practiced seated in a chair or on the floor. We begin with guided relaxation focusing on releasing physical tension, breath awareness and belly breathing.

This is followed by awakening the 5 senses and surrendering to the present moment through sensory experience. Next is the body scan. This is a powerful tool that prepares the body/mind to transition into a state that is conducive to mindfulness. This will be followed by a short minimally guided Mindfulness Meditation where you will be introduced to several simple tools that will encourage full presence and a deep experience of each unfolding moment.
